      together with delivery charges. There is also a form for you to fill in regarding your Purchase details.

Step 7: Click on the button.

Step 8: Click on the radio button next to the "Payment Option you wish to use".

Step 9: Click on the button.

a)            If paying by cheque, you will be taken to a page where a form needs to be filled in regarding your
               cheque details.

    This will take you to a page which confirms your order.
    An identification number will be issued - please take careful note of this for future reference.
