Buying clothing on a website can cause problems such as
you not knowing what a garment feels like or how it fits.

Because of this, our policy is to let you try on an item - if you are not happy with it
(whether it is the wrong size, wrong colour, wrong fabric, or you just do not like it for no particular reason),
then we will exchange it for another item.

If exchanging an item for one that is more expensive, you will need to pay the difference.

Please return the unwanted items in the original packaging back to our postal address
Include notification of our invoice number, your contact details (name, address, email are essential),
and any extra payment you need to make. A photocopy of the sales invoice would suffice.

An exchange will be dealt with more quickly if you email us to notify your intentions.
